You can find music for it in the "blues fake book" with chords and melody.

watch my left hand in the performance example and see what note the pinky is playing, that is usually the Root of the chord at that time. Then take notes on that to play from.

I know its in a few Blues fakebooks you can find in music stores. But if you look online you'll probably only find chord charts.
