@junglebaby448 I don't use acv as a body wash no, but do sometimes spray it on my back and shoulders... it could be too much, I recommend using less products of higher quality but each person's skin reacts differently so it's worth trying.

@JoCalderrone It is the right thing, you can take it internally or apply it to the skin... I actually do both. It tightens the pores as well as brings anti-oxidants to your skin (this has a very high antioxidant content) and this helps rejuvinate the skin. I also like the "graviola liquid" for acne scars too from this same company. I will be talking about these things and much more in the scar erasing secrets ebook that I am writing now. @KrazyMEXican105 Cleansing before is good, I recommend something natural and a lemon or lime will work just fine. after that, put it on before sleep then when you wake up in the morning you can wash it off.

I would actually recommend graviola first for pigmentation... from the same company, if you click the link in the description then click "products" you will find it. Just apply the graviola liquid to the pigmented areas before sleep each night and it may take some time but it will slowly heal... maybe quicker too, just depends on how long it's been there.

@DeepCrimson Those are pills, and you can take them internally. I recommend the "envirozon" & "Fiberzon" more though... But really quite a few of their products will help get clear skin.
Great vid, I just have one question. I use apple cider vinegar for acne which has given me great results but I still have lingering acne scars. If I were to use this stuff , how would I use it in conjuction with apple cider vinegar? Is it okay to apply the sangre de drago over the acv at night?
@TheSmith129 I would rinse the ACV off first... then add sangre de drago & or the recovazon gel from that same company on the scars and leave that on overnight... by leaving the herbs on they really get into the skin and heal better.
thanks for making such informative videos but i do have a question, my acne keeps coming back almost daily, it's not horrible but its bad enough to lower my confidence. @icyimran Sorry about that, I didn't know that it had anything to do with legislation... I wonder if there is a law in the UK prohibiting certain herbs? @benkaspick Great question, I practically cover my face with it... But you can put a drop on each breakout/scar in that area... so 5-10 drops on your skin overnight should do. Once you put the sangre de drago drop on your skin spread it around and rub it in so that it goes further.
@RuthlessKenpachi It's up to you, but the 1 oz is fine b/c it lasts a while when you only use a few drops for each application. I recommend the graviola along with it b/c these both work together to regulate irregular skin cells... both do a great job healing and tightening the skin tone.

@TheAyikita I use "acne facial day cream" and you can search for that phrase on my channel search area to find it along with the link to it... I like it and it works well but don't use it all the time. I also use the "manuka" from the *manuka acne* treatment video that I made. This is a liquid that sort of both moisturizes and tones.

@Maximo20009 yeah, it's good for both... and yes it's safe in any climate! i'm in michigan and I use it... it's just an herb... a plant. I don't think you can find it offline really because it's kind of a specialty product... You won't find any big name brands carrying it because it's too expensive and high quality to include in most skin care products... but that's also why it works well. Just eat healthy and nutritious when you are using it topically so that you have health from both angles.
OK question, I've got brown marks, my scars aren't like scars dug in, it's more like bits of hyper pigmentation, I've used aloe vera (which has helped stopped acne quite nicely, not completely but I certainly notice a difference) and also it's helped fade them a little, little bit.
So what do you recommend for brown marks, left over from acne?

Just apply the graviola liquid to the pigmented areas before sleep each night and it may take some time but it will slowly heal... maybe quicker too, just depends on how long it's been there.

@DeepCrimson Those are pills, and you can take them internally. I recommend the "envirozon" & "Fiberzon" more though... But really quite a few of their products will help get clear skin.

Great vid, I just have one question. I use apple cider vinegar for acne which has given me great results but I still have lingering acne scars. If I were to use this stuff , how would I use it in conjuction with apple cider vinegar? Is it okay to apply the sangre de drago over the acv at night?

@TheSmith129 I would rinse the ACV off first... then add sangre de drago & or the recovazon gel from that same company on the scars and leave that on overnight... by leaving the herbs on they really get into the skin and heal better.

thanks for making such informative videos but i do have a question, my acne keeps coming back almost daily, it's not horrible but its bad enough to lower my confidence. I used to pop my pimped daily before i knew that it could lead to scarring, and now i have a bunch of scars or red dots ( some under the skin and some on top) is it possible to actually clear up my skin so i have no more acne and no more scars/red marks or anything that might hint ive had acne in the past, thanks.

@icyimran Sorry about that, I didn't know that it had anything to do with legislation... I wonder if there is a law in the UK prohibiting certain herbs? I would not "obey" that law if there was... that's for sure! but I'm sorry there's really nothing you can do if they don't ship there. Hopefully they will be able to soon though! I know that they ship some of their products to the UK but not all apparently.

@benkaspick Great question, I practically cover my face with it... But you can put a drop on each breakout/scar in that area... so 5-10 drops on your skin overnight should do. Once you put the sangre de drago drop on your skin spread it around and rub it in so that it goes further.

@RuthlessKenpachi It's up to you, but the 1 oz is fine b/c it lasts a while when you only use a few drops for each application. I recommend the graviola along with it b/c these both work together to regulate irregular skin cells... both do a great job healing and tightening the skin tone.

@Dinuosuo Both is important, because internally your body needs the nutrition to begin to heal the scars.... and if you are using something like the sangre de drago externally you will heal it faster using both.... You can take the herb internally with some water as well as using it on your skin externally too.

@TheAyikita I use "acne facial day cream" and you can search for that phrase on my channel search area to find it along with the link to it... I like it and it works well but don't use it all the time. I also use the "manuka" from the *manuka acne* treatment video that I made. This is a liquid that sort of both moisturizes and tones.

@Maximo20009 yeah, it's good for both... and yes it's safe in any climate! i'm in michigan and I use it... it's just an herb... a plant. I don't think you can find it offline really because it's kind of a specialty product... You won't find any big name brands carrying it because it's too expensive and high quality to include in most skin care products... but that's also why it works well. Just eat healthy and nutritious when you are using it topically so that you have health from both angles.

OK question, I've got brown marks, my scars aren't like scars dug in, it's more like bits of hyper pigmentation, I've used aloe vera (which has helped stopped acne quite nicely, not completely but I certainly notice a difference) and also it's helped fade them a little, little bit.
So what do you recommend for brown marks, left over from acne?
