Sound and audio is probably one of the most trickey I have to go through when making a movie. You can use downloadable audio for sound effects online on limewire (becareful with viruses) you can buy sound effects on cds (sony, 1001 sound effects) or make them yourself using a mic with a usbport. I'm downloading as well using cds to make my sounds. For everything else, there's microphone.

Hmm, wowmodelviewer, fraps... Ah yes...

If you may have notice, Fraps needs a certain hotkey to start recording. Your key maybe something like F1 or something.

Try to change it with a different key like * or any key you don't use often. My hypothesis is that your hotkey conflicts with the program you want to record on.
