Porkies theme = The theme from Godzilla.

As for unoriginal, but legal, pieces, Mr Passion's music is in public domain, as is Leders Gymnopedie, but both are absolutely not original pieces. Even the pork tank theme stole from Tchaikovsky, and Etude for ghosts is heavily based off another classical score.

Earthbound stole even more music, of course, the nice way to say it is "was inspired by"
