Hey, what HD 4850 that you have? I mean which manufacturer is it? MIne is the piece of shit gecube HD 4850, I should've gone to HIS HD 4850 Iceq4 Turbox...
single core? You might think about checking the processor if its a socket 775. If it is then you have the option of buying a decent Core 2 Duo that fits with your mobo. If you buying AMD then do the same and check if it can be upgraded. Dual core CPU now are cheaper and the E-series from Intel can be OC'd nicely, cheaper, less heat and good power saving. Most games now make good use of dual core if not quad but the 4850 is nice, i'm waiting for the 4850x2 xD
basicly the 9800gtx+ and the Hd 4850 is up and down in performance together because, In Some games it beats it in performance and sometimes it just drops a little under it
I would like to have HD 4850, but my friends has 9600GT, and he says it's great, and it runs nearly every game at max. settings. Little help if anyone has experience of those 2 cards, plz?
Nah...u'r resolution is 1680x1050 or so...go for the 4850,only if ur resolution is 1280x1024...if it's more than that...go for the 4870...great performance at high resolutions...
I got a question, would assassins creed play om my notebook ? Its 17,1 zoll it got a Nvidia GeForce 8400M G, 2 GB RAM and a Intel Pentium Dual Core cpu 1,5 + 1,5 Ghz
will this graphic card work on hp slimline????????

I cannot decide between these two cards:
Shapphire ATI Radeon HD4850, 512MB, HDMI, S-VIDEO, CrossFire, GPU @ 625MHz, Clock speed (memory): 1986MHz ( 2 x 993MHz ),RAMDAC: 2x400MHz,
Asus GeForce 9600GT, 1024MB, DDR3, HDMI, GPU @ 650MHz, Clock speed (memory): 1800Mhz (2x 900Mhz), RAMDAC: 400MHz,
I would like to have HD 4850, but my friends has 9600GT, and he says it's great, and it runs nearly every game at max. settings. Little help if anyone has experience of those 2 cards, plz?

the frame rate of when recording is set by fraps.
if u want the recorded videos to be 60fps then set fraps to record at that. thus the game must be forced to V-sync 60fps.
stupid.

@Spawnage turn multisampling to 3 it won't hurt performance

are you playing with DX10.1?
helldrell666 3 years ago
DX10.1 support in Assassin's Creed was pulled due to bugs and errors that would happen in the game.
DaedalusXNA 3 years ago
No, ATIs cards work perfectly with DX10.1.
It was pulled because Nvidias cards dont suppoert DX10.1.And, had a lot of issues with the game. So,nvidia paid ubisoft to remove the DX10.1 suppoert.
helldrell666 3 years ago 2
Oh ok, I guess ATI is better than nVidia. :)
DaedalusXNA 3 years ago 14
it will be fraps that he uses
