Here's the thing. She could just have higher testosterone levels than other female athletes. Which would lead to a lower voice and more muscle mass. That's actually what steroids consist of for the most part. (not saying she's taking steroids) But it doesn't mean you have to have testicles to produce testosterone. Men produce estrogen (testosterones' counterpart) naturally.
