I live on the east side. Most people from Santa Monica or West Hollywood or Bev Hills like to stress "I'm from the west side" but no one says the east side but I do. I'm east of downtown by 8 miles. No I like LA don't get me wrong but it's changed so much over the past 15 years it's gotten a lot worse than ever before in my opinion.

I lived on very, very little in LA ten years ago and took the bus a lot. Difficult to imagine that it got even worse. But of course I believe you when you say that.
