thx m8......i'm playing through a Boss Metalzone MT2 pedal through the clean channel of a Marshall Valvestate amp, a marshall 4x12" cabinet and a crate 4x12" cab. If you want a good distortion pedal the Boss is worth a try......got mine off ebay for £25 :-)

hey dude is that a gibson sg standard coz im getting one and i never knew how good of a metal sound u could get from it its mad ! im getting a marshall fx 30 watt with 2 distortion settings ones like heavier so with the boss metal pedal it will sound sweet! ps love all your covers !! post more

hey bud, yeah, my guitar's an SG standard, really good for for a heavy sound, the back pickup has plenty of drive and the front pickup's got a lovely fat tone to it....better sound than my Explorer. If u get a Boss pedal you'll have no problem getting a decent tone with a bit of tweaking. Thx for your good comments, i'll hopefully be posting a couple of vids soon..... :-)
