Ya Baird gets up and speaks but the problem is that he makes no sense.
He never has any real point to make just slams the opposition and then sits down triumphantly like he has actually said something significant.
Maybe those sitting would rather remain silent and be thought of as fools than stand up like Baird and speak and remove all doubt.

@Balian49.All fine and well for you say that. I don't think that he has said anything 'untrue', however, for instance, I have never heard anyone ask him to repeat something that he said inside the house, outside of it where he is not covered by parliamentary privlege. I can think of alot bigger A-holes, and they sure don't sit on the government side of the House. Just a thought...
