You should've seen Robert go bat shit crazy when he was dropped off at our door at the age of 4 or 5 by the G-parents he's accused of beating, because they just couldn't handle him anymore. Raised him from a baby.

He was balling his eyes out and later started acting out biting people and doing cruel things to animals. Never seen anything like it. Couldn't understand it.

That's life in Texas. Walk it off.

None of that came out in court. Why? Cuz' Robert had toughened up to beat the rap.

@MrAmericanzombie Not looking for sympathy. My mom and dad knew he was a bad apple and said years before the beatings he'ld eventually kill someone. Just didn't think our grandparents.

Back around '82 he even tried to poison my wife and I as a prank by sprinkling ant poison on some weed he gave us. We were both vomiting for hours. My folks asked Robert the source of the weed and he just laughed and said we were having a bad trip and refused to say anymore.

Was he evil or mentally ill?

I'm Robert's brother, Tim Lookingbill. You are looking at a completely different person from the brother I knew back when he was accused.

Robert was cocky back then, had complete contempt of the law as some his age do. This made him his worst enemy because he thought he could beat the rap and never plea bargained. It would've saved his life.

This is the problem with the justice system in general. Cocaine can screw up your mind especially with Robert's issues with G-parents, not known at trial

PhysiologicAli, I believe in God. I also believe in God's law "do not bare false witness". the only way Robert's Grandmother is going to get true justice is by Robert facing his accuser. Let God be the judge?? Definately God should be the judge, but the only way that is going to happen is through Robert's death. Poor Grandma can't face Robert and say "Yes he killed me", unless Robert died because Grandma died.. There is no other justice or forgiveness as long as Robert is in the flesh. Sorry.

This man shows regret and remorse despite the horrible crime He has committed. It is not a black or white situation so stop judging Him. The death penalty will not bring his grandmother back. RIP and only God can be the ultimate judge.(that is if you believe in God.)

I know our Death Penalty process is slow and it may seem like torture for the family's and inmates. But its intentionally that way so we can make sure without a Reasonable Doubt that they have the right person.
