Manchin hurt our state with the passage of HB 103, which is a cap and trade bill on a state level. The citizens in our state want to see it overturned by the new people elected to office in WV. Gary Howell is one of these people and we stand by him. David McKinley will work hard to regain control of our goverment for the people, to reduce spending and goverment. An honable man.
