Is this Uta Hagen's object exercise? If so, and if I may critique, you weren't focused on your motivation for all of these things. It just seemed like you were anticipating the next action, and completing this action to get to the next action, etc.. If I were you I'd go back and detail the responses to the 9 questions and understand what your mind was going through during those 2 minutes of your life. Why did you choose to read, why did then you choose to rest, why did you go play the guitar?
I don't see where poizon009 was criticizing her but, just offering her observations and critique to learn....
