I prefer the 212 because its warmer the 410 is brighter, With me plying upside down, i play the higher strings first and I dont make a full chord with the bass string. I learned to use the bottom as my passing notes. So i use different pick-ups that also give me this tone,especially with leads.. But i love the 410 as well. I really dig this tube sound!!!!

great sound! interesting guitar set up, but im glad it works for your technique! i also have the 212. i chose the 212 basically because its got a more rock sound to it instead of the soul of the 410. i also put in some celestion vintage 30's to give it more edge. USA strat into a deville. perfect matchup in tone, ever.
