youve got that monacelli backswing lol... but as for your release, its a decent start... you try and do a bit too much at the bottom causing your swing to slow drastically, therefore killing your ball speed... simplify it to something you can do quicker bc typically the quicker you can be at the bottom, even though speed will increase, so will rev rate... from there its all about timing... perfect your timing with a strong release and the revs will come naturally...
Whether ya hit that last pin or not, I'm going to put that video in my favorites because I want to save that example of a good release for my friend to see.
on the last few seconds, u started the "unload" portion very well, it actually pretty close to chris barnes's release. but then the problem happens, u seem to go an extra mile and cause to much side rotation.
practice to let it go and that release will be money
that release takes way too long. the arm slows down too much at the bottom. you can get more revs without having that kind of release... just gotta hit it hard.
the thing i see here that needs the most attention initially is that you do not clear the thumb hole soon enough. some ideas are 1: make sure the thumb is tight enough that you don"t need to squeeze the ball to hold it. you will be able to drop the ball onto the lane but not "miss" it with the fingers 2: make sure your feet dont get too fast as that causes you to "pull down" the downswing and keeps your thumb in the ball too long
I wish i could get that sort of revs... i put way to much arm into it.. and even when i try to slow it down as much as i can, i still avrage around 16mph...
Your ball speed here is a hair under 13mph....... you need to work on freeing up your armswing and timing at the line.... no reason for your speed to be THAT low
looking at the last few seconds of your release, you should release with your thumb facing left, but you should follow through straight up with your thumb facing either straight up or to the right
this would generate more of a hook, and decrease your chances of coming around the ball causing an inconsistent hook.

excellent release, although needs to be quicker. I only wish I can do it. If you have time, teach me.

try to keep your arm straight and use a stronger wrist this will put more speed on the ball and generate more revs on your release
