I know that it moved from New York City to Washington D.C. because the southern states didn't like the capitol being in the north, and it must have moved to NYC since new york wasn't an origional colony (I heard something about Bern?), but even without specifics like that, it still starts with the observation that the capitol has moved, which I highly doubt she knows.
