@MrZaZorg yes it is true...the byzantine instruments are tanbur,klasik kemence,tanburas(like kopuz).but eastern people learned music by the byzantines

@thecoolerkeg its is not a Greek or Turkish or Arabic instrument...it is an byzantine instrument witch was created in the byzantine empire witch Greeks and Turks were in it at the begging.and when the Turkish left the byzantine empire they kept the instrument and so did Greece because greece was also in the byzantine empire.so it is basically Greek and Turkish. i don't know if this particular one is Arabic...
