There is something that is so alive with steam engines.

That loco really is a belter, just like nmyrfootage's video. Well done! I have a dream, that Tornado makes so much money for the Trust that they can afford to build another, call it "Pepp", paint it blue, streamline it and go for the Mallard record.

As a passenger on this Historic Run, it was great but, from a carriage window. Seeing Tornado hammering along at around 75 mph with 13 coaches (approx500 tons) this brilliant Video shows what engineering skills in the UK can create.
