ESRI is a company that does not care for it's employees. The employees are under a tremendous amount of internal pressure to produce software so that software maintenance revenue can be over charged to it's customers for each insignificant minor release in which they justify charging money for software that is full of known bugs before each release. Don't get me wrong.. many of the people at ESRI believe in what they are doing, but the company is not a big happy place to work...
