Thank you for your comment...it is greatly appreciated. I was feeling a bit down after airing this episode. A listener informed me that the Japanese phrases I used were rather unique to this part of Japan.... So be aware that they may only work on children who understand the northern Nagano "parenting" dialect. I can't be responsible for any unforeseen consequences of using them on children from Tokyo or, heaven forbid, Osaka! ;-)
