Anyways, once you under the fade at the hands of the Sloth demon, and enter Mage's Asunder, there is a statue laying against a wall in one of the room/hall (There are a few Stone Golems in this room) which you can walk upwards into the wall and walk around on the outside.
0.38 happend to me though in the fade, Morrigans personal deamon was killed and for some reason she was still talking to it but lacking a head
