@ChristianFitted01 Sounds like you have heat damage. If it didn't revert back after the first wash, you'll probably need to start over again :(

I tried this hairdo with flat twists going up the back for a concert I was going to and being newly natural I didn't know how to wear my hair for something formal. This video helped out a ton! I wish I could show pictures.

have you ever tried aloe vera gel instead of eco, alcohol based gel? aloe vera works wonders! it's also all natural.

I think I need to try something like this for my next natural style. I am left handed and its harder for me to make my right side look as good as my left so I am going to try makin the whole right side twists that way it wont matter how much I suck over there! lol

I like how you go step-by step showing the technique of how you style your NATURAL hair...I'm actually natural as well, but I have no ideal how to style my hair besides wearing it in an Afro on in a Mohawk. I'm so over those styles now. I'm having trouble finding products to use on my hair that wont dry it out ...you keep doing your thing because I'm waiting on the next style...God Bless you

So I tried this style on my hair last night and I must say it looks pretty flippin' awesome! At least I think. LOL. Perhaps if I learn to operate the camera on this thing I can show off. Oh well; we'll see.
Quick questions first in regards to hair color - did you do it yourself or did you go to a salon? Is it brown or redish? I think it looks neat. Second, are you a stylist? If not, you should be; you rock girl!

@ThePoocooly thank you. for this style the product i used was nubian kinks. i got it at a hair show but don't know where you can get it. there are other products you can use though. If you check out my website heavilyrooted there are a few stying products you can use to get this style. the link is on the top of my channel page
