@KARLO1ROCKS Idk how it goes in the NCAA but in high school if you decided to do a flip out the ring your team would be penalized, no doubt. In fact I viewed that as the worse of the 2 actions, at least the guy who threw him down could say he was trying to get a take-down(even though the whistle was blown.) If I was the ref though, I'd deduct points from both sides, evenly.
