On the flying model, the hose that usually comes out of the left cooling vent is coming out of the right one. Even the final product has this mistake. Still a cool model though

What reallly sucks is that the car in this video, the lights remain on all the time... But the model you buy, it just remains on for a few seconds along with the sounds, it would have been nice to have it on all the time !!!

Update : the part 2 delorean is out late november ( in UK ) . the wheel arms are now black , not white like in thepre production model seen in the video .

Update : the 1;15 scale deloreans are out in the uk from october . they are plastic (not metal ) . they dont have the DMC badges due to legal issues ..At this scale the car will be the custom modellers dream .. see you in the future...or past

Does anyone know what suggestions for changes were given to DST?? Please tell me they will change the white plastic used behind the tires to a black. Also, will they paint the Mr Fusion, including logo? Hopefully, the license plate on the Mark 2 will be the metallic barcode style as in Part II. Hopefully the dash will be finished and lights behind the driver's seat like in the movies. Crossing my fingers!!!

The Mark 1 can be bought at several places on the internet- try Big Bad Toy Store. The Mark 2 just showed up on Entertainment Earth. Both models run $34- I've got one of each already preordered

As one of the biggest BTTF nuts out there... DST has been a epic fail so far.

The flux was completely junk and innaccurate. The plate...ehh still not great, but not the worst. The hat has straps on it... thats terrible and a turn off.

So who knows... I hope they fix at least the Mr.Fusion to be colorized. This doesnt look too bad, but their props are a must stay away from!

those look really nice! I'm definitely going to buy one when they come out.

If they DO "work out all the minor kinks", I hope that the final product will be detailed as the Time Machine, which means that it will not have the silver "DeLorean" logo on the bumper. That and also, hope the headlights don't have those black dots on them.

then again, even though I wish, I know that the bumper and headlights will be the same as previous replica versions. *sigh*
