Like you said, Desrow likes to punish the Zerg with Zealots. Alternatively you can use the SG for Rays. It's what most pros prefer.

Again, dont use it in 3Gate Expand because the zergs dont overextend themselves when they see you go that build.

That STARGATE wasnt interesting. Its standard in FFE because its an easy and efficient way to push the zerg till your Warp Tech is finished. This is how SG is used correctly in PvZ, not in 3gate expand like you do it Jeff.

The timing is wrong and the Zerg is much more prepared than he is now, since he's just overexpanding and droning because the Protoss has nothing to pressure him with.

Sorry, but this video was not entertaining. MrFox was a terrible player, and in Plat? Not even fully saturated on either base. You don't have two probes on each patch and 3 in gas on 2 base with 33 probes. He also left that drone in his base somehow. If you're going to stargate, you actually build 2 Stargates and actually have probes. I do a Stargate build vs Zerg everyday with great success and I'm in Gold.
