Yes, it is the easiest level in the game.

However, its basically a remake of the first level of Super Mario Land for the Gameboy, hence why I said "it has a nostalgia factor of at least 4.5/5"

Yes it is. You need the original Super Mario World ROM as well as a SNES emulator. I use Zsnes myself. Then you download the .ips patch, and apply it to the ROM. Then you got yourself one fun game:D
