Seneca mentions that Sulla used to bathe in dark and dumpy room, once a week, and he mentions that how Romans become obssesed with bathing in luxurious thermai!
NO!!!!!!! how could they miss out how he built a crew from scratch and took back his money and how he destroyed a rebellious king left alive by sulla who rebelled again!
That's not how Sulla died.... he retired from the dictatorship, was proclaimed consular, then retired to his country estate to die... most likey of liver failure... he had a state funeral!
@Cuirassier23 He died from something ulcer. I don't know the correct term, but it's where your linen of your stomach wears down and ruptures, making you throw up constantly.
really i guess so so when he died did his dicatorship stop then ceasar became the dicator then his nephew augustus/octavian became the one true ruler of rome the emperor thust the birth of the Imperio de Roma or roman empire
@Cuirassier23 Well, don't expect Hollywood movies to be exact, I watch it not to learn from it, but to be entertained, you have to be really dumb to receive your info. from a Hollywood movie lol. Read a book

He survived because his destiny had not been fulfilled. No one can change another's destiny.

I wonder if Caesar wrote this movie himself haha. Although, if he did there would be a battle where he fights hordes without breaking a sweat.

Was going to post that but you already set the record straight. Sulla basically died o a drunken, debauchery-filled bender :)

dictator hmm wat no julius ceasar was the rome's first dicator and his nephew rome's first emperor until nero fucked it up
lewisgunner1 1 year ago
@lewisgunner1 Caesar was *not* Rome's first dictator. Romans routinely appointed dictators during times of war to circumvent senatorial bureaucracy.
