if you have an suv you want the port facing the trunk door and the sub facing up. if its a car you was the sub and port facing back.

@thehondaballer88 that's not always the case, sometime SUV's do better with subs up port up....main thing is always have your subs up in an suv (unless your doin a wall)....choosing the right port position is another story
