I believe it's called "cho*. co^`n" and corner of Ong Ich Khiem and Hung Vuong. I grew up in Da Nang. Thank you for sharing

@d8vid714 That's possible but my wife calls it Cho Co. Maybe she's calling it CONE and I'm not hearing the final N. Either way it was delicious. She's the mother of a friend's wife and has eked out a living doing this for many decades.
