I am reminded that our tears are like raindrops falling from our hearts. They are a sign that we live in the vast sea of unity, for very person cries, regardless of nationality, language or religion. We are all moved to tears by any number of emotions; loss, betrayal, disappointment, Joy, Love. When we do cry, sit for as long as you can with the emotion, nurture every last tear for they are God's rain, come to water our inner garden and bring meaning to our life.
