ok. here is my point. when you go to school from K to 6th grade. every child should know the ABC's and 1 thu 10. and the sounds of the letters. so i dont care how so many think or their opinions. every one should know how to read by the time of 3rd grade. its not the teachers fault that children dont want to read. its the parents fault. , because they dont make them or push them to read. in today society, its the parents, who say, "hey pretend u cant read" then get on SSI/welfare. point /fact...
