Yes, Mona, Obama is a multilateralist & who wants to work w/ the international community to defeat Al Qaeda & use U.S soft power to help inluence are allies and enemies alike to further U.S. interests. The Bush adm. & conservatives are unilateralists that want to go on foreign ventures w/o any support from the international community, using its hard power to deal w/ nation-states & our enemies.
