Apparently this farce campaign has actually materialized on billboards, at the Pacific Design Center in Hollywood for a supposed full-blown release-style screening of Scarlet, and, obviously, has made its existence know on the Internet!
It's frightening, really, to think that the misleading practices of phishing schemes, spam mails, and pop-up advertisements have been adopted by global electronics companies.
What's next? That's what I want to know. I just hope this is an isolated incident!
if the producers that made birds of prey, smallvile and supernatural actually stooped to this level, i would'a raised hell

Good thing it's a just TV line. Looks like it would've been the worst series ever.

Don't fret. This was a STUPID fuckin' campaign. It's never a good idea to annoy your target audience.
