Also, ukraine uses russian culture, russian language. => In fact ukraine belongs to Russia as federal subject of it. This situation happened because USSR collapsed and it's good that USSR collapsed, but than a lot of countries started to think that Russia,because of chaos, are forgot about it's borders and property. But it's not like that. Also, we have the same situation with Latvia.

@MrUserName996 There is nothing good about USSR collapsing. Do you know what consiquences that gained all over the world? Do you know if that dick head gorbachev, if he was killed. Soviet Union would see massive modernization into the 90s and become somewhat like Japan. A high tech city, because Soviet economy is something you not joke about. Everyone had a good life in Soviet Union but of course someone will always want to have more then what they need.
