The articulation through all four movements in spots is very un-baroque. The organ solos are often not in time. This is supposed to be a metronomic piece.
Given the choice between metronomic and sterile or flexible with character, I'd choose the flexible tempo any day. And how do you define un-baroque? Sure, it's not exactly the same as how Handel would have done it, but that can never be duplicated anyway. We have no record of what an "authentic" baroque performance should sound like, because of course they hadn't invented sound recording yet during the baroque era. My impression is, it sounds pretty good!
