I want to see him in match conditions. When there's a speed camera, you always drive under the speed limit. I've seen his arm bend and straighten in actual games - reduces the time the batsman has to see the ball. Match conditions, and then he can prove himself once and for all.
He has been filmed using HD cameras, and super slow motion cameras for close to 10 years now. There is no evidence to suggest he has ever thrown it. If you mean test him in live conditions with him wired, no such technology exists today.
Except when tests are done on these blokes (bowlers) there are bowling experts (the likes of Holding) present to see if there is a discernable difference from what they are doing in match conditions. The analogy of "driving under the speed limit when a camera is around" is therefore a logically false one, the tests applied to the bowlers are valid, and your point is not.

Thanks
SLCB should be paying you money for promoting Sri lankan Cricket. ( also wonder why any one from SLCB did not promote this video)
Keep up the good work.

He's just a bloody brilliant bowler. Not as smart as Warne but makes up for it with greater variety.

Thank you for the comment.
This was shot in 2004. A lot of folks never witnessed this outside of the UK.
Please pass on the video to those who still have qualms with his action.
