That car under the bodywork is a horrible box section "welded up in the shed" chassis,with no finess!!I would have expected a tubular alloy spaceframe atleast for that money!! At the begining I thought they were building a kit car replica!!

mainly its due to accurate fit and selection of the best fitting components,rather than any part off a line of millions in between a +/- tolerance.The human eye can detect minute flaws in parts,small nicks and scratches etc and discards that part for a perfect one.A hand built motor takes much longer to assemble and due to parts selection is free from any defects in machining,fit and finish.
