Ofcourse everything from WWE is not real, you're right. Then all the wrestlers would of been in hospitals or gravestones right now. WWE is scripted, before the fight they already have decided who wins. But some things are real, like the punches are real, the blood is real (though it are cuts from little razor knives). A wrestling carreer is risky, you can still get some nasty injuries incase accidents happen, so they also got to be in shape.
