    If you have Google Adsense I would NOT recommend doing shot like this, You don't fuck with the big dog; they recognize unusual ad click to pages viewed ratio. Find a safe way to get ad clicks if you wish to cheat.

  • This is cool and he is right, but he excluded CONTENT. Content is king! Do people go to your site and spend time,bookmark it and share it on facebook? If people like your content and mine you site for information than people will come through the other 3 methods he mentioned? People won't join a list if their site is shallow and full of affiliate links.

The Americans usually use older English constructions like 'speak with' instead of 'speak to', which is from the time of Pepys. It's come back into the UK since 1990. Nothing ground-breaking here.
