First, you can't do anything to them for using you in the video. As far as I know, they are not selling it, so you would have no claim. Furthermore, you contend your convention was "open." Cameron Sullivan, YD Communication Director, stated it was "inappropriate" for those two CRs to attend. There's a legal term called "reasonable expectation of privacy." If you are in a place that any reasonable person would deem "public" your only recourse when being filmed is to simply walk away. UNLESS the hotel had a no filming policy (doubtful), OR the CRs were specifically told to leave the property and didn't, then you might have a case. Seeing as how none of the aforementioned instances were mentioned in your initial statement i can only assume none of them apply, you're SOL good buddy.

I think that the average Republican knows that Hilary Clinton is Sec of State, that Abraham Lincoln was the 16th President and that John Adams was the second president. The point is not that he didn't know all of them, but he didn't know any of them!

I think your org. is needed & I'm glad to see young people getting involved in the Rep. party, but before you smear what could potencially be a good name, when you post-post only things of significance. The ballot thing was good, The old Democrat thing was cute, but asking who the state attorney general is or the second president-while very amusing-is not relavant in the big picture & you insult your audience b/c I'm sure many Rep. and I really agree about the bravery of the College Republicans. In some ways, making this video shows even more bravery than other things, such as fighting in the optional, unnecessary and immeasurably damaging war in Iraq that they supported.
