i think Kid has already sold out but for the first time in a long time he did it for a good reason. Weather people realize it or not hes directing rap into a whole new direction... finally somone whos really changing mainstream for the good instead of just joining in
while u might be right I know many artists that have yet to sell out, for example Tech N9NE, Lecrae, Pastor Troy, Gang Starr, etc. But you might be right because Cudi will definitely get the recognition soon. Judging from his personality though I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps his style the way it is today.
