I'm not sure the 7500 is strong enough, to be honest. AA slows down any game rapidly. Oblivion may not be the most intensive game, but it's requirements for the highest settings are still pretty high.

As for my specs, I run the game on highest settings on an e6400 and 8800 GTS G80, to give you a gauge of how you want to go.

the max setting own the ps3/360 graphics. Although it is not easily noticed because when you play on a console you sit far away from the screen and can't see all the details but if you look at the same graphics on a comp screen if will look bad because you will see all the details.

You can make oblivion look 10x better with Qarl's Texture Pack 3, Natural Environments, Natural Environments HDR fix, Retextured caves, Realistic Flora, Enchanced Water etc. With those Oblivion looks really kickass. Textures are sharper at some places than in Crysis. Google Qarl's Texture Pack 3 and you'll see.

Oblivion and most other games, suggest quality settings according to the memory of your graphicscard. Now we all know, the ammount of memory on a card has nothing to do with its performance. So dont let that fool you. For example a 7600GS with 512mb memory is WAY slower than a 7900GT with 256mb.

Best thing is you look into some Oblivion benchmarks and you'll see what sort of hardware you really need.
