The reason this isn't bad traffic is because people actually know how to drive properly. People don't try to ride on each others bumpers. I hate big city drivers, although I live in Houston. The big city driving mentality is horrible. Leave 2 feet of room in front. As soon as you get the chance, cut someone off. Tailgate, honk, and yell at anyone who isn't tailgating anyone else. They don't realize if they relax, and give room, traffic will let up quicker.

I lived in San Diego, CA before moving to Charlotte/Concord, NC. The traffic here is NOT BAD. I guess if this is all one has ever known, but I can still get anywhere in an hour or less, even during rush hour. Try living in SD an driving 15 miles away and having it take you 1-1 1/2 hours on a daily. Guess you don't know what you've got till it's gone.

I lived in San Diego, CA before moving to Charlotte/Concord, NC. The traffic here is NOT BAD. I guess if this is all one has ever known, but I can still get anywhere in an hour or less, even during rush hour. Try living in SD an driving 15 miles away and having it take you 1-1 1/2 hours on a daily. Guess you don't know what you've got till it's gone.

This isn't as bad as Austin. I've been in two major wrecks in a month. I have traveled the east coast and southwest and have experienced bad traffic. Your title lies, you holding a video camera is not a traffic cam (which could have caused a wreck and your lucky it didn't), where were the car wrecks? Watching paint dry is more entertaining.

I am a truck driver and i have to say charlotte traffic on its worst day is not that bad, you need to try driving in chicago or dc sometime, at the beginning you made a comment about someone on a cell phone, what about you riding around in traffic holding a video camera, get a life and be happy you dont have to sit in real traffic jams

Pittsburgh almost killed me several times over the course of about an hour LOL. You guys need to fix some of your roads there screwy, I remember one spot I took a ramp and it came out between two lanes of traffic that merged into two lanes shortly there after, Who the hell designed that? LOL

Now traffic jams are normal in every city. Accidents are too. But it's ridiculous how people can create such STUPID ACCIDENTS IN JUST A SLOW SPEED OF 30 MPH!. Denver, Texas, LA NY ect... have traffic problems too, mostly with people going 80 mph or over, but is it normal to have deadly chrashes or traffic problems on under 50 mph? Come on
