  • @palangikai hell you talking about activate the correct muscles. Stop wasting your bullshiyt time and get on the cable row machine at the gym and row that whole stack. I can assure you, that your scapula is gonna retract the fook up and a whole lot more you pooosie

  • @TheSleepingMoth This isn't a hardcore exercise... This is for rehabilitation of muscles weakened after surgery/trauma etc.
