It says live "IN" HQ

as in Metallica Head Quarters in San Francisco.

It's like a huge warehouse/office/studio complex Metallica bought back in like 2002. it's their practice space, their studio... where they run the Fanclub and all their other business type stuff involved with the band... It's also their hangout lol. like Metallica's own Batcave.

It's pretty awesome, you can see a lot of it in the Some Kind of Monster DVD.
