Lol guys this phone has been discontinued for a year now.They said it was the worst samsung phone made when I went to verizon yesterday.I have it and I looked it up and my phone has been used by 4 people.One person had it for 9 days gave it back.Then 1 day gave it back.Then 1 day again and gave it back.I have had the glyde for about 3 months now.Im getting the droid incredible though because I have had ALOT of problems with this phone.

Should be. Of course, it depends on were you obtain it. If it is from the Verizon store, it should be the new version.

However, if you get it from a distributor that is not licensed by Verizon to sell the product, your result may vary.

The new version of the Glyde actually behaves more like a more advanced touch screen phone. There are cheaper touch screen phones out there. However, the cheaper you go, usually means the lower the quality of the product is. of course, that is not always the case. And yes, I would recommend it.
