you mentioned the spelling of korean words.. there's several ways to spell each word. unless you learn how to read hangul, it can be confusing. :( you should try to learn how to read hangul! :D it's not very hard. there's less letters than in the english alphabet. :D i think you did a good job on your kimchi, too. :) way to go!!! :D

The correct way to pronounce the radish kimchee is Koct(octopus)+Do(do it)+gui(guillotine).
