I hate to say this but I think all my love and respect for Duran Duran is dashed. I've been reading things about these guys totally dissing Christina Aguilera while praising, practically lusting after, *GASP* Britney Spears!!! Not saying Christina is the be-all-end-all or anything, but for these guys to place an untalented media whore like Britney on a pedestal is blasphomous. And to still regard her as this goddess of the world when there are so many other beautiful women out there...OYE!!!

I think more artists should collaborate with new/younger artists to keep fresh and just see what comes of it! They don't NEED Mark Ronson or Timberland/lake but WANT to include them in projects! That says A LOT for the band! Look at the Stones' colllaborations! Only sheer goodness comes of it and new directions are wonderful to hear! I hope DD keeps doing these kinds of projects and keeps touring (especially in the USA!!) hint hint!
