Yes, and no. Google, head voice. It would take quite a bit more time explaining it then I am willing to give. Although ounce you learn how your body works in regards to singing, you can really open up your range, and show off that wonderful voice.

Thanks for the feedback! I just started this whole singing thing but i was thinking of taking some vocal lessons so I know what i'm doing haha. I looked up head voice and I see what your saying. I think I just need some training.

Just thought that i would toss in that the term "head voice" is more about the placement of the voice in the body. When you go higher in your register You're voice moves more into the head, nasal space and has a lot of resonence. It's not a bad thing. It's just all about where your singing from (verses "chest voice" which is used in like.. more pop ish singing)... buuuttt im sure you know this if you've googled it :) lol Sorry
