I had an interesting experience which I have a question about.
Yesterday on my journey I went to the person that really hurt me in my life & started puking up black - as in giving back the "blackness" (hurt & anger) - it took a long time (2 hr) but I felt like a different person afterwards. Lighter & happy :)
Something similar happened today - did I just have a dream? or does thing like that happen in drumming?

We had this shop here. quite amazing really because it was run by a Native American woman. Called Rainmaker (it sadly gone now)---she had drums made by Native American Medicine people with amazing designs on. I tried one and the tone --one beat just took me? LOL
but they were about £300 and i couldn't afford it. but i regret.....
