ah and george kollias is not only using the wrist, he's using some fingers and the whole arm for more controll to, so you can't say that he's using only the wrist

kollias's technique is a combination of both, his fingers are doing alot of work and his wrists move a bit to add power, it's different from kai's technique which is purely wrist

Yeah, I know people that have gotten wicked joint problems using all wrists for blast beats. It's all in the fingers for me, use your pinky, it's one of your strongest fingers interestingly, adds alot more power to each stroke.

Actually, no. If you are using a proper technique, you will avoid getting it. As long as you are letting the stick get rebound and have a loose grip, you'll be fine.
